Wrench Point is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside of our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Wrench Point pass to the customer upon delivery. If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but has not been received, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by contacting info@wrenchpoint.com. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
